2007

In 2007 Contador became the youngest spanish cyclist on winning “Le Tour de France”.

2008

A year later he was the second spanish runner on taking the first place on “Il Giro d’Italia”.

TRIPLE CROWN

In 2008 Alberto Contador achieved the “Triple Crown” when he conquered the first place ind the three big tours of the world: Le Tour de France, la Vuelta a España and il Giro d’Italia.

He was the Fifth Cyclist in History, after Eddy Merckx, Bernard Hinault, Jacques Anquetil and Felice Gimondi.
